We are thrilled to welcome Sara Gunnervik as the newest director on the board of the Cyprus Germany Business Association! Sara brings a wealth of experience, vision, and leadership to our team, and we couldn’t be more excited to collaborate and benefit from her invaluable insights.
Sara Gunnervik has been active in company law and corporate governance in Cyprus since 2003. Over the years, she has worked for various law firms as well as corporate service providers. She has many years of experience in leading and guiding various kinds of cross-border transactions such as corporate reorganizations and restructurings as well as international financing. In addition to managing the KENDRIS Cyprus office, she is a regulated executive director of KENDRIS Capital (AIFM), and a board member of the Chamber of Commerce.
