Memorandum

The Cyprus Germany Business Association, CGBA, has been repositioned as an independent legal entity, aiming to enhance the Association’s effectiveness, to enter meaningful collaborations and to give it a stronger voice.

CGBA is still well connected with the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, CCCI, which is a founding member and represented on the Board of Directors of the Association.

As per its Memorandum & Articles of Association, CGBA is a non-profit organisation. 

The Cyprus Germany Business Association has the legal form of a Company Limited by Guarantee, which is a form of companies typically used for non-profit organisations.
