The Cyprus Germany Business Association (CGBA) successfully hosted its Business Breakfast – Limassol Edition on the 3rd November, at the Alasia Boutique Hotel, bringing together members and guests for a morning of networking, knowledge-sharing and discussion on the future of innovation in Cyprus.
The Association was truly honoured to welcome Mr. Demetris Skourides, Chief Scientist for Research, Innovation and Technology of the Republic of Cyprus, as its distinguished guest speaker.
Mr. Skourides delivered an insightful presentation entitled “Cyprus national AI strategy 2032 – from AI hype to national impact.” His presentation explored Cyprus’s strategic direction in artificial intelligence, the opportunities emerging from the rapid development of AI technologies, and the role innovation will play in strengthening the country’s competitiveness and international positioning.
The breakfast also provided an excellent opportunity for CGBA members and guests to exchange ideas, strengthen professional relationships and engage in meaningful conversations with fellow members of the business community.
The Cyprus Germany Business Association extends its sincere appreciation to Mr. Demetris Skourides for sharing his valuable insights and vision.
We would also like to thank all our members and guests for their participation and continued support. Events such as these reflect CGBA’s ongoing commitment to fostering meaningful business connections, encouraging knowledge exchange and strengthening economic cooperation between Cyprus and Germany.
